Our proprietary manufacturing process allows our engineers to shape and size a wide variety of inductive coils and ferrite materials:

Unplugged™ has long experience with the custom design of wireless power coils. Our proprietary manufacturing process allows us to form all kinds of shapes and sizes of the coil and ferrite material. The ferrite which is being used to control the magnetic field is manufactured with a process that ensures much higher robustness than traditional ferrite. Our process also allows for complex shapes that optimise power transmission and allows for integration with existing dimensional constraints. For low power applications, PCB coils can be designed for wireless transmission of power, this ensures a cost-optimised solution which in many cases also allows for close integration with the electronics.
